1/2 cup Instant coffee granules
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Cocoa
1 cup Nonfat dry milk powder

Mix everything together using your favorite mixing method. Place in sealed container and refrigerate unless serving immediately. For each serving use 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of mix in each cup along with a cup of boiling water. Stir well and allow to settle for a minute or two.
