3/4 cup Hot Strong Coffee
4 teaspoon Brandy
1 Sugar Cube

Pour coffee into a warm coffee mug and drop in 2 teaspoons of brandy right on top of the coffee. Put remaining 2
teaspoons of brandy into a tablespoon with a single sugar cube and warm the tablespoon by hovering above the hot coffee. With a single match, carefully light the brandy that is in the spoon and lower it slowly into the coffee to ignite the other floating brandy. Allow flame to die out and wait an additional minute before drinking.
