3 cups water
3 cups milk
6-8 black or decaf black tea bags
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Cooking Instructions:

Bring water and milk to a boil, then low heat. Add remaining recipe ingredients, return to boil. Turn off heat and let steep for 3-5 minutes or so. Now just remove tea bags and then filter through fine strainer. This is really good hot or cold, whichever you prefer. You can also keep it in the fridge and microwave it later if you like it better hot.
