Turkish Coffee: Submitted by: Lily Buckland | Date Added: 27 Sep 2013 Ingredients:

3/4 cup Water
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Pulverized Coffee
1 Cardamom Pod

Cooking Instructions:

In a saucepan put in the water and sugar and heat on medium to a boil, immediately removing from heat. Add cardamon and the coffee to the hot mixture and stir in. Return to medium heat and wait for coffee to foam. Remove again from heat and let coffee grounds settle. Repeat this 2 more times. Pour into coffee cups and allow grounds to settle for a minute before serving.
