1/4 cup Instant espresso or instant dark-roast coffee
2 cup Boiling water
1/2 cup Heavy cream, whipped
Cinnamon, nutmeg, or finely shredded orange peel
Boil water in saucepan and add coffee, allowing it to dissolve in the hot water. Pour into thin but tall cups filling about half full. Ready to serve. Have these on hand so you can offer sugar, whipped cream, cinnamon poweder, nutmeg and orange peel. All of those are very popular toppings for coffee drinks.
