1/3 cup Ground coffee
1 teaspoon Chocolate extract
1/2 teaspoon Mint extract
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Start by placing the coffee in a blender or food processor. In a cup, combine the extracts. With processor running, add extract mix. Stop and clean sides of container with your spatula. Run machine 10 seconds and you are done. Store in refrigerator. Makes enough mix for eight 6-ounce servings.
