1/4 cup Ground coffee
1 tablespoon Grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cinnamon sticks
Put the coffee and orange peel in blender along with the vanilla. Stop and clean sides of container with a spatula. Operate blender again for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour mixture in a small bowl and stir in cinnamon sticks. Store in refrigerator until serving. Makes enough coffee mix for eight 6 ounce servings.
