8 cup Water
2 sm Cinnamon sticks
3 Whole cloves
4 ounces Dark brown sugar
1 Square semisweet chocolate or Mexican chocolate
4 ounces Ground coffee

Cooking Instructions:

In saucepan, bring water to a boil, reduce heat and add cinnamon, cloves, sugar, and all of the chocolate. Return to boil again, skim off foam. Reduce heat to low and add coffee. Allow to steep for 5 minutes and serve.
