2 cup Brewed espresso
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Cooking Instructions:

In a saucepan over medium heat, simmer all ingredients until they dissolve. Move mixture to metal dish, cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring the outer frozen mixture into the center every half hour, until firm but not frozen. When serving, scrape the
mixture with a fork to lighten texture. Makes 4 coffee cup servings.
