1 cup Half-and-half
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1 cup Hot brewed coffee
Sweetened whipped cream
Heat the half-and-half plus the maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat, with regular stirring until thoroughly blended and heated, but not boiling. Stir in coffee and serve with whipped cream.
