1 Cup instant coffee
1 Cup sugar
4 1/2 Cup non-fat dry milk
1/2 Cup cocoa

Cooking Instructions:

Just mix all the ingredients together with whatever you use as a blender until powdery. Use 2 tablespoons to one cup of hot water to serve. Usually served in fine restaurants with demitasse cups. Makes about 7 cups of mix -- lots of servings.
