Iced Cinnamon Coffee: Submitted by: Heather Parr | Date Added: 27 Sep 2013 Ingredients:

4 cup Strong coffee (use 2 to 4 teaspoon instant to 1 cup Boiling water)
1 3" stick cinnamon, broken in pieces
1/2 cup Heavy cream
Coffee syrup

Cooking Instructions:

Pour some hot coffee over cinnamon pieces to partially dissolve. Cover it up and allow to stand 1 hour. Remove cinnamon and stir in cream. Chill in refrigerator until served. To serve, pour into glasses of ice. Stir in desired amount of Coffee Syrup. Garnish with whipped cream and a dash or two of cinnamon. Using cinnamon sticks as stirrers is always fun.
