Black coffee; freshly made
Scotch whiskey
Demerara (raw brown) sugar
Double (heavy) cream; whipped until slightly thick

Cooking Instructions:

Pour the coffee into a warm glass and put in the whisky and some sugar to taste. Stir well and add some whipped cream garnish.
