8 Servings of Mocha Macchiato: Submitted by: Dale | Date Added: 4 Sep 2013 Ingredients:

6 cups double-strength freshly brewed dark roast coffee
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, plus additional cocoa powder for garnish
2 cups nonfat milk

Cooking Instructions:

First, get some ice cube trays and use 3 cups out of the 6 (about half) of the brewed coffee to fill them. Place in freezer. Now get a bowl and combine the remaining 3 cups of brewed coffee, cocoa powder and milk. Stir the mix to dissolve cocoa. Cover and chill. Once the coffee ice cubes are frozen, put them inside a clean kitchen towel (no lint) or a heavy plastic ziploc bag and, using a clean hammer or mallet, break up the cubes so they are like crushed ice. Now just fill up 4 glasses with the crushed ice and divide the coffee-cocoa mixture evenly in each of the 4 glasses. Top it off with some light cocoa powder and it is ready to enjoy.
