1/4 cup Finely Ground Coffee
1 1/2 cup Cold Water
2 Strips Lemon Peel

Cooking Instructions:

Fill the filter of a steamed-pressure coffee pot with water. Place filter in base and screw on top portion. Heat over medium heat until coffee begins to perculate into top portion. Reduce heat to low and simmer until bubbling stops. Serve immediately. Garnish with lemon peel.
