4 cup Strong fresh coffee
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Irish whiskey
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Irish whiskey

Cooking Instructions:

In a saucepan, medium sized, pour 4 cups of strong coffee in the pan along with 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of Irish whiskey, Bourbon, Scotch or whatever liquor you prefer. Heat on medium but do not allow to boil. Remove from heat and set aside. To make the topping whip 1 cup of whipping cream until it is nice and light. Next, whip in 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of the liquor used. To serve, pour coffee mixture in coffee cups and spoon the flavored cream topping on as a garnish.
