1/4 cup Instant espresso
1/4 cup Instant cocoa
2 cup Boiling water
Whipped cream
Finely shredded orange peel or ground cinnamon
Mix the coffee and cocoa together to start with. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve the coffee and cocoa mixture. Pour into demitasse cups, about 6 or 7 of them. Top with whipped cream and some shredded orange peel.
