Winter Coffee for 2 - Peppermint Mocha: Submitted by: Mary Wirth | Date Added: 5 Sep 2013 Ingredients:

3 tablespoons powdered baking cocoa
3 tablespoons warm water
1 1/2 tablespoons peppermint syrup (do not use extract- you can buy a very large bottle of syrup) or creme de menthe
4 ounces espresso
12 ounces steamed milk (I prefer the Fat Free)
Whipped cream
Red sugar crystals

Cooking Instructions:

Mix 3 Tablespoons Baking Cocoa with 3 Tablespoons warm water until you have a nice rich syrup. Pour this into a 16 ounce mug. Add some espresso. Add Peppermint syrup. Steam milk and add to remainder of cup. Garnish with whipped cream and sugar crystals or your favorite yummy topping. Simple, easy and quick, yet delicious.
