My Favorite Cinnamon Brandy Espresso: Submitted by: Laura | Date Added: 5 Sep 2013 Ingredients:

2 cups Cold water
4 tablespoons Ground espresso coffee
1/2 Cinnamon stick (3” long)
3 teaspoon Brandy
3 teaspoon Crème de Cacao
4 tablespoons whipping cream, chilled

Cooking Instructions:

My significant other loves this coffee! Makes 2 servings. Prepare some espresso or you can make some really strong coffee instead by using 3 to 4 tablespoons per cup. Add cinnamon to espresso or coffee and allow to slowly absorb in the coffee for a minute or two. Add brandy and crème de cocoa, stir and pour into cups. Garnish with whipped cream. You can also use chocolate sprinkles, chocolate curls and add ice cream to each one for a fancy finishing touch!
