1/3 cup Ground coffee
1 teaspoon Chocolate extract
1/2 teaspoon Mint extract
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Place coffee in a blender or even a food processor if available. In a cup, combine the extracts. Next add the extracts to blender, blend for 3 seconds. Now, with power off, scrape sides of container with spatula. Run blender for another 8 to 10 seconds. Store in refrigerator to keep. Makes six 8-ounce servings.
