1/3 cup Irish cream liquor
1 1/2 cups freshly brewed coffee (I like the Bolivian coffee the best with this recipe)
1/4 cup heavy cream, sweetened just a bit and whipped, optional
Note: sometimes I use about 1/2 cup Irish crème instead but actual recipe called for 1/3. Use 1/2 if you like it strong. Divide the liquor and coffee evenly between two coffee mugs. Top it off with a poofy round of whipped cream. Serve at once.
