Cinnamon Coffee for 4: Submitted by: Michael Walken | Date Added: 14 Sep 2013 Ingredients:

4 cup Strong coffee (use 2 to 4 teaspoon instant to 1 cup of Boiling water
1 3” stick cinnamon, broken in pieces
1/2 cup Heavy cream
Coffee syrup

Cooking Instructions:

Pour brewed hot coffee over cinnamon and cover. Allow to stand at least 1 hour and not too much longer. Remove cinnamon and stir in cream amount shown in recipe. Chill in the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, pour into glasses filled with ice cubes. Stir in desired amount of Coffee Syrup. I also like to garnish this coffee drink with whipped cream and sprinkle with a pinch of the ground cinnamon, but that is a matter of preference. Last, insert some cinnamon sticks and stirrers into the drinks.
