1/3 cup skim milk
2/3 cup eggnog
1 ounce brewed espresso
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Cooking Instructions:

Combine the milk and eggnog in a steam pitcher and heat to between 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F with a steaming wand. Make a shot of espresso and add to mug. While pouring use a spoon to hold any foam from entering cup and pour the mixture in mug. Use the spooned foam to garnish the top. Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg atop the foam garnish.
