White Chocolate Mocha: Submitted by: Steve Adams | Date Added: 21 Sep 2013 Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups skim milk
2 tablespoosn white chocolate flavored syrup
1 ounce brewed espresso
1 tablespoon sweetened whipped cream (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Pour milk into a steaming pitcher. Heat the pitcher to about 165 degrees F using a steaming wand. Place the white chocolate syrup in a large coffee mug. Make a shot of your favorite espresso and add it to the mug. Hold foam back with a spoon while you pour the steamed milk into the mug and discard foam in sink. Use some whipped cream as a garnish if preferred and it is all ready to serve.
