3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
3/4 cup hot brewed espresso
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat milk in saucepan for 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring during heating with a whisk or wooden cooking spoon if no whisk is available. Remove from heat and whip/whisk until foam builds in saucepan. Divide foamy milk and your brewed espresso in 2 coffee mugs and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmet or some cinnamon.
