1 cup brewed gourmet coffee at room temperature
1 cup chocolate ice cream
1 cup milk
1 cup crushed ice
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In blender container mix the ice cream, crushed ice and milk, blended mildly. Now add the gourmet coffee (preferrably medium roast No. 42 by Old Chicago Coffee) and blend again until mixed well. Serve in two coffee mugs and add cinnamon sticks to use as stirrers. Makes 2 servings but you can double the ingredients for 4 servings.
