Buttered Rum Coffee: Submitted by: Jessica Cameron | Date Added: 27 Sep 2013 Ingredients:

1/3 cup Ground coffee
1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground nutmeg
1 1/4 teaspoon Rum extract
1/8 teaspoon Liquid butter flavouring

Cooking Instructions:

Place coffee and nutmeg in a blender or food processor that has a steel blade. In a cup, combine remaining ingredients. With processor running, add flavorings. If using a blender momentarily turn it off and add remaining ingredients. Stop and scrape sides of container with a spatula. Process or blend 8 seconds longer. Store in a refrigerator until ready to serve. Makes eight 6-ounce servings.
