1 cup Milk
1 cup Light cream
3 tablespoons Instant coffee
2 cup Boiling water

Cooking Instructions:

Over low heat warm milk and cream until they are mixed and hot. While milk and cream heat up dissolve coffee in boiling water. Before serving, beat milk mixture until foamy. Pour milk mixture into one warmed pitcher or server, and coffee in another. To serve: Fill cups from both pitchers at the same time, making the streams meet en route. Makes 6 servings.
