2 tablespoons Instant coffee
1/4 cup Sugar
1 ds Salt
1 ounces Squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup Water
3 cup Milk
Whipped cream
Mix up the coffee, sugar, salt, chocolate, and water in a saucepan and heat on low until chocolate melts completely. Once melted, allow to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes and be sure to stir the whole time to blend the chocolate well. Now add milk little by little and keep stirring again until hot. Remove from heat and use a beater until frothy. Pour into cups and garnish with whipped cream. Makes 6 servings.
