Iced Mocha Cappuccino: Submitted by: Ian Randall | Date Added: 27 Sep 2013 Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Chocolate syrup
1 cup Hot double espresso or very strong coffee
1/4 cup Half-and-half
4 Ice cubes

Cooking Instructions:

Stir chocolate syrup into hot coffee drink until it all melts. Use a blender to mix the coffee with the half-and-half and the ice cubes. Blend on high for a couple minutes. Serve immediately in a tall pre-chilled glass. Double the ingredients for a double serving for two.
