4 ounces Semisweet Chocolate
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 cup Whipping Cream
4 cup Hot Strong Coffee
Whipped Cream
Grated Orange Peel

Cooking Instructions:

In a saucepan melt the chocolate over low heat. Once melted, stir in sugar and whipping cream until well blended. Beat the coffee into the mixture with a whisk, about half cup at a time. Once all coffee is beaten in continue to beat until frothy. Top coffee drink with whipped cream and sprinkle some orange peel over the very top and serve.
