1 teaspoon Sugar
3/4 cup Strong black coffee to 1 cup Strong black coffee
1 1/2 ounces (1 Jigger) Irish Whiskey
Whipped cream

Cooking Instructions:

This is really good so I wanted to share. Do not remember where I found this recipe originally. Here it is: Dissolve sugar in black coffee in an Irish coffee glass or a heat-resistant, non-metallic glass, cup or mug. (DO NOT USE A GLASS WITH METALLIC TRIM.) Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 to 2 minutes or until hot. Stir in Irish Whiskey. Carefully float a spoonful of whipped cream on top.
