1/2 cup Brewed espresso, chilled
6 tablespoon(s) Chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/4 cup Heavy cream, softly whipped

Cooking Instructions:

You can use chocolate curls or cocoa powder, or even cinnamon for a perfect topping. Mix up the espresso, chocolate syrup, sugar and milk in a blender. Add the ice cream or yogurt, blend until smooth. Pour mixture into two chilled glasses, and top each with preferred topping noted above.
