1/3 cup Instant coffee
3 tablespoons Sugar
8 Whole cloves
3 Inches stick cinnamon
3 cup Water
For topping it is good to have some whipped cream and ground cinnamon. In a saucepan mix and stir 1/3 cup instant coffee, 3 tablespoons sugar, cloves, stick cinnamon, and water. Cover the pan and bring to boil momentarily, and remove from heat right after. Allow to stand and steep by leaving cover in place after removing from heat, for 5 minutes. Strain the entire mix and pour into cups, topping off with spoonful of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon powder. Serve with cinnamon sticks if available. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
