3/4 cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
6 Cloves
6 Julienne slices orange zest
3 Cinnamon sticks
6 tablespoon(s) Coffee (NOT instant)

Using large saucepan, heat 6 cups of water and dissolve the brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and cloves over medium heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling yet. Add coffee and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally over 3 minutes of time. Strain the coffee through a fine sieve. Serve the coffee with some orange zest or peel.
